The period 2020–2024 was marked by economic uncertainty that required companies to manage resources optimally in order to maintain sound financial performance. This study is grounded in capital structure theory, asset efficiency theory, and the concept of intellectual capital, which comprises human capital, structural capital, and capital employed, with financial performance measured using financial indicators that reflect a company’s ability to generate profits and manage resources efficiently. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sektor listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period, analyzed using multiple linear regression through partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous testing (F-test). The results show that capital structure has a significant negative effect on financial performance, indicating that excessive use of debt can reduce a company’s financial performance, while productive assets have a significant positive effect, suggesting that effective asset management can enhance financial performance. In addition, intellectual capital also has a significant negative effect on financial performance, indicating that increases in intellectual capital have not yet been fully accompanied by optimal management. Simultaneously, capital structure, productive assets, and intellectual capital have a significant effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies.</p> Krisjayanti, Bambang Hermanto Copyright (c) 2025 IJOSPOL - International Journal of Social, Policy and Law https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ijospl.org/index.php/ijospl/article/view/285 Thu, 26 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Job Training And Job Placement on Work Motivation of The Support Departement At PT Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency https://ijospl.org/index.php/ijospl/article/view/265 <p>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of simultaneous training and job placement on the work motivation of the Support department at PT. Since its launch in 2010, Bureaucratic Reform has become the primary foundation for transforming the Indonesian bureaucracy. The implementation of RB includes institutional restructuring, improving governance, enhancing the quality of human resources, and enhancing public services. Evaluation of the performance of bureaucratic reform is necessary to identify its weaknesses. As a measuring tool, the Bureaucratic Reform Index (IRB) is used to monitor RB achievements from year to year. In 2023, Banyumas Regency's IRB increased to 76.90, compared to 73.08 in 2022, placing it in the BB category. Although this improvement is significant, the A predicate has not yet been achieved, so continued improvement efforts are needed. This study used various methods such as field surveys, document studies, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Data analysis techniques used included qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess the performance of bureaucratic reform in Banyumas Regency. The results of the data analysis show that Banyumas Regency has recorded several achievements in the implementation of RB, such as the improvement of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) of Banyumas Regency, which recorded a score of 80.53 in 2023, indicating a good level of accountability. However, several challenges remain, such as the Legal Reform Index which is still low with a score of 57.55 out of 100, and the low development of the Integrity Zone with a score of 0.75 out of 3.5. In addition, the achievement of bureaucratic simplification is also inadequate, with a score of 2 out of 5, and the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is still low with a score of 1 out of 5, indicating limitations in bureaucratic digitization.</p> Denok Kurniasih, Wahyuningrat, Shadu Satwika Wijaya, Paulus Israwan Setyoko Copyright (c) 2025 IJOSPOL - International Journal of Social, Policy and Law https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ijospl.org/index.php/ijospl/article/view/286 Sat, 28 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees in the Assembling and Sewing Sections at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency https://ijospl.org/index.php/ijospl/article/view/266 <p>This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of transformational leadership on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of employee competence and work discipline on employee performance.
